About the Presenter/s

Peter Bennett

Peter provides general insurance advice, including advice on policy interpretation, indemnity issues, and the drafting of policy and other contractual documents.

The other major areas of his practice involve: acting for insured defendants, mainly involving property damage claims, claims against strata plans (office bearers claims, liability claims etc); acting for insureds in defending disputed claims, specialising in refused fraudulent claims; recovery matters and supervising junior solicitors involved in recovery claims.

Linda Huynh

Linda is a Senior Associate within Holman Webb’s General Insurance team.  

Her current practice predominantly consists of property damage, personal injury, and professional indemnity insurance matters, with additional files in public liability, product liability, fire and water damage, and commercial debt recovery case work. The role requires a considerable amount of attendance in court and settlement negotiations. Her experience in this role has enabled her to develop a careful eye for detail and maintain a high standard of technical excellence in her work.
