Emily is a workplace relations and regulatory response practitioner, who has an interest in the intersection of employment law with criminal law. Emily’s practice involves respondent work in the WHS, Heavy Vehicle, Fair Work and Anti-discrimination space.
Emily provides advice to a broad range of small, medium, and large businesses across Australia and has represented clients in both State and Federal courts.
Prior to joining Holman Webb Lawyers, Emily worked at an employer association and was an Inspector of the Fair Work Ombudsman, where she was involved in compliance monitoring and enforcement in industries that predominantly hire vulnerable workers, specifically young workers.
Emily volunteers at a Community Legal Centre providing assistance to disadvantaged workers in NSW.
