Sasha is a Senior Associate within Holman Webb’s General Insurance team.  Having joined the firm in March 2018, and with over seven years’ experience as a Plaintiff Lawyer, Sasha has extensive insight into the jurisdictional and evidentiary requirements of personal injury claims which has benefited her in advising insurer clients.

Experience

• Acted in a wide variety of liability circumstances giving rise to injury including clubs, strata, shopping centres and construction sites.
• Advising on policy interpretation and indemnity exclusions for personal injury claims, and preparing letters denying indemnity.
• Assisting with professional indemnity claims against medical practitioners including arranging and preparation of expert liability evidence, assumptions and conclaves.
• Advocated in various jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of NSW, the District Court of NSW, the Local Court of NSW, and Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
