Ethan works in the Workplace Relations team providing both non contentious commercial advice and representation in contentious litigated matters including termination and disciplinary procedures, employment entitlements, redundancy, employment restraints, discrimination, workplace injury and WHS.
Ethan acts for a broad spectrum of clients—from individuals to listed companies—across industries such as finance, labour hire, construction, manufacturing, and insurance.
Ethan has extensive experience in drafting employment and contractor agreements, employment policies, and in providing advice on a broad range of subjects related to the workplace.
With a strong focus on Common Law litigation, Ethan acts on behalf of insurers, self-insurers, and uninsured defendants in negligence claims. He regularly advises on policy coverage and handles indemnity disputes between insureds and insurers.
Ethan’s practice also includes representing workers compensation insurers and self-insurers in disputes with workers, as well as pursuing recovery actions against third-party tortfeasors.
