Danny is a highly motivated, experienced and strategic commercial lawyer and adviser with strong technical and interpersonal skills, having practiced law in both Australia and South Africa.

Danny takes time to understand his clients’ businesses and the objectives that they are seeking to achieve. This enables him to be both commercial and solution focused when providing legal advice, negotiating and preparing documentation.

Danny has been a lead adviser in numerous commercial transactions involving both Australian and foreign companies, operating in a variety of industries including (but not limited to) financial services, wealth management, insurance, technology and electronics, medical and dental, pharmaceutical, medical devices, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverages, mining and natural resources, transport, fintech and e-commerce.

Asset Protection and Estate Planning: Advising corporate entities, as well as the individuals behind the businesses, on asset protection strategies and advising and drafting documentation to implement the relevant asset protection strategy. Advising individuals on estate planning as a critical tool of asset protection, including but not limited to, last and final wills and testaments (with testamentary trusts), enduring powers of attorney and enduring deeds of guardianship, general and special powers of attorney, advising on SMSFs and binding and non-binding death nominations.
