Pat has well over a decade of experience in defendant insurance litigation. Pat is particularly astute to the operation of the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld), Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld), Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth), Workers Compensation & Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld) and the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld) and how the interaction of these acts affect indemnity, liability and quantum issues.

Pat has had experience in the defence of a wide range of personal injuries claims in Queensland. Pat’s experience includes conducting and resolving in excess of 500 personal injury and property damage recovery claims on very favourable terms for his insurer clients. Pat has gained extensive experience in the defence of Body Corporate public liability personal injury claims working for large Body Corporate insurers. Pat has also managed and resolved a large number of dust disease personal injury matters. He is a passionate litigator.
