After a short career as an industrial chemist, Bronwyn moved into a commercial work environment and has spent the last 30 years in the legal profession primarily working with small to mid-size firms, industry bodies and suppliers to the profession.
Bronwyn was a founding member of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) which amalgamated 4 state legal management bodies, and was national president for three years 2007-2010. She was instrumental in the establishment of a national qualification in Legal Practice Management and in 2010 was named the inaugural Industry 'Icon' for her contribution to Legal Management. She was also a founding executive member of the Australian Legal Sector Alliance (AusLSA) which was created to work collaboratively across the legal profession to promote sustainable practices.
In addition to holding a number of private and unlisted public company directorships, Bronwyn has served on not-for-profit boards in the community and education sectors.
With background education in Agriculture and Commerce and an MBA from MGSM she brings an holistic approach to law firm management. She has a passion for workplace culture, client service and innovation and has been the recipient of multiple industry and business awards in the past 15 years.
Bronwyn currently sit on the advisory board for the college of law's 'Master of Legal Business' and is a regular speaker on topics around culture, performance, strategy and succession.
