Robert practices in the areas of property, portfolio leasing, construction advice and documentation, land subdivision, joint ventures, corporate advisory, contract review and airport regulation and airport development.
Robert has, since 1 January 2002, acted for Bankstown Airport and Camden Airport (including whilst these entities were wholly owned Federal Government businesses) and for Moorabbin Airport Corporation.
Robert has also been one of the leading providers of legal advice in relation to Native Title law which is a relatively new and still evolving area of land law.
Robert has also developed a significant private client practice during his 27 plus years of practice including work in connection with business establishment though to estate planning.
