Danny is a highly motivated, experienced and strategic commercial lawyer and adviser with strong technical and interpersonal skills, having practiced law in both Australia and South Africa.

Danny takes time to understand his clients’ businesses and the objectives that they are seeking to achieve. This enables him to be both commercial and solution focused when providing legal advice, negotiating and preparing documentation.

Danny has been a lead adviser in numerous commercial transactions involving both Australian and foreign companies, operating in a variety of industries including (but not limited to) financial services, wealth management, insurance, technology and electronics, medical and dental, pharmaceutical, medical devices, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverages, mining and natural resources, transport, fintech and e-commerce.
