Jacqueline is a Partner in our Workplace Relations group and has practised in personal injury related litigation for nearly 20 years. She is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law, an Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution and a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Jacqueline has experience with:

  • Providing advice on liability and quantum for workplace related injuries and drafting required notices and documents relevant to liability for injuries sustained in the workplace.

  • Providing strategic advice relevant to management of workplace related injuries and drafting required notices and documents relevant to injury management.

  • Representing employers and insurers in disputes arising in workers compensation matters which are referred to the Workers Compensation Commission for determination, including drafting required documents and settlement negotiations.

  • Representing employers and insurers in claims for work injury damages brought by injured workers in the Workers Compensation Commission and through the Court system, including drafting required documents and settlement negotiations.

  • Providing strategic advice relevant to recovery of payments made by employers and insurers on behalf of injured workers and drafting required notices and documents.

  • Representing employers and insurers in recovery proceedings in the Court system, including drafting pleadings and settlement negotiations.
