Industry Experience
I was admitted as a solicitor in 2000 and have particular experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and private equity transactions. I have also maintained corporate advisory and company secretarial roles and have broad general commercial experience advising, negotiating and drafting a myriad of different agreements. The clients I have serviced include international and national companies in the IT, pharmaceutical, health and professional industries.
