Industry Experience

I have over four years experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and general debt recovery, where I receive bulk instructions from a number of corporate clients.  I also provide advice to clients on the most effective means of recovering debts and conducting litigation.

I have appeared as an advocate and instructing solicitor in the Federal Courts, Supreme Court, District Courts and Local Courts.

Prior to my employment at Holman Webb I managed the legal department in a publically listed international commercial debt recovery company. As part of my employment, I both conducted and managed debt recovery once legal proceedings had commenced and provided advice on the various enforcement proceedings available to recover the debts.

I regularly give seminars and presentations, both internally and to Holman Webb’s clients, addressing changes and developments in the law such as the Personal Property Securities Reforms.
