I head up our Business Corporate and Commercial Group and our Third Sector: NFP and Social Enterprise Group in Sydney.

As a transactional lawyer, I have more than 25 years international and domestic experience. I act for both private and public sector clients across a wide range of industries and work with their boards and CEOs to advise and assist in their growth and development.

In particular, I have specialist knowledge in structuring business activities, advising on corporate constitutional and strategic issues, commercial contracts and terms of trade, trade practices and intellectual property.

For third sector organisations my experience is wide ranging; from specialist professional associations and community organisations, to large national charities and peak industry bodies with household names. I advise here on vital issues including their structure, protecting their tax status and governance and membership issues, as well as their commercial, intellectual property and business sustainability issues.
