This includes experience structuring and documenting corporate and commercial real estate transactions involving sale and purchase, all types of commercial leasing and joint ventures.

In the area of finance my expertise includes acting for major lending institutions and joint venture lenders generally in relation to commercial transactions including the sale and acquisition of companies and businesses and in organising due diligence programs.
