I specialise in civil and general commercial litigation and focus on insolvency and recovery. With over 20 years of experience in commercial law, I’m well placed to provide advice on the commercial fundamentals of each case. I am also experienced in handling a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes in the Federal, Supreme, County and Magistrates Court and the Commonwealth and State Tribunals.

I am also experienced in advising on commercial documentation including, negotiations, drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide variety of contracts including - licensing, leasing and credit account agreements.
