Industry Experience
I have 13 years legal practice experience, having commenced 2 years Articles of Clerkship in 1997. Experience includes an in-house corporate counsel insurance role with a major international Insurer with offices in Australia.

I have particular expertise in product liability insurance, fire related litigation, construction related litigation, public liability and professional indemnity claims.

I also provide commercial insurance policy advice and strategic advice on corporate governance issues associated with insurance and risk management and commercial advice with respect to building contracts, leases, service contracts, Body Corporate arrangements and management rights contracts, particularly on contractual indemnities and contractual obligations to insure and the effect of such clauses on insurance arrangements.
