Industry Experience
Business commercial and corporate interests retain me in matters involving advice, transactions and litigation. This includes representing clients in significant Federal Court and Supreme Court proceedings and acting in the formation of national and international businesses and thereafter advising those businesses.  I have a private client following which includes property transactions, estate planning and litigation.  I also represent a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations.

I have experience as a director of public and private companies. From 1997-2010, I represented the firm on the State Capital Group headquartered in Washington D.C.  The State Capital Group has in excess of 140 member law firms worldwide. From 2006-2010 I was a director of the State Capital Group. In 2007 I was named by Australasian Legal Business as one of the 40 hottest Lawyers of that year.
