I practiced company and commercial law in the UK for many years and my UK experience includes acting in the formation or management of both private and public property investment trusts, the formation and sale of renewable energy projects and a full range of services for SMEs.

I have also provided legal services in other UK-law based jurisdictions including Fiji, Gibraltar, the Channel Islands, Jersey and Hong Kong.

I am accredited as a specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria in the field of Business Law and qualified as a solicitor both in the UK and Australia (Victoria and Federal jurisdictions).
