Having been part of the health care industry I have an in-depth understanding of your business and bring specialist legal expertise as well as commercial acumen and solutions.
I also appreciate that issues for health care providers often require urgent attention and I make myself available to my clients whenever I am needed. I have a passion and dedication to the industry which goes way beyond just being a lawyer in private practice – I strive to become the trusted advisor of my clients. As a result I’ve nurtured long-term client relationships, some over 17 years. I also provide on-going support for various industry associations and have enthusiastically taken positions within the Industry.

With over 20 years of corporate, commercial and regulatory experience, I have specialized in advising clients in the health, aged care and life sciences industries.
My clients include public and private hospital operators and health care providers, private health insurers, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and aged care / retirement living, not-for-profit and government clients.
I was previously General Counsel – corporate and commercial of Ramsay Health Care Limited, one of Australia's largest private hospital operators and a major ASX listed company, company secretary of Research Australia Limited and a partner of a major national Australian law firm.
Over the years I have also been a member of various hospital committees and advisory boards.
