Industry Experience

I have been acting in commercial recovery and insolvency matters for over 25 years.

My two areas of specialisation are trade credit and equipment finance.

I act for the credit departments of a number of medium and large corporates that are in the business of suppling goods and services on credit. These include: plumbing products, steel products, pharmaceutical goods and television advertising.  I have particular expertise in the enforcing of charging clauses in credit agreements and with the lodgement of caveats pursuit to such clause. I have provided seminars on these topics to various industry groups.

I also act for leasing companies and for the leasing departments of major banks and other financial institutions. My experience here encompasses the enforcement of all forms of equipment finance contracts, including lease agreements and chattel mortgage.
