When resolving disputes for my clients I favour exploring alternative solutions - such as mediation, resorting to litigation only as a final resort.

As many of my clients are national, I work closely with my fellow partners in Sydney and Melbourne.

Industry Experience

With over 20 years of litigation experience, I head up the commercial dispute resolution and insolvency team in Queensland. I specialise in matters relating to bodies corporate, with particular experience in debt recovery proceedings for the recovery of levies.

I have acted in many disputes and commercial litigation matters for corporations and SMEs. I have also resolved disputes with alternative solutions.

I practice in the Federal and Federal Magistrates Courts and all QLD Court jurisdictions including, Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts and QCAT.
