Industry Experience

I have been practising insurance litigation for over 20 years, acting for most major Australian insurers.  I manage large volume litigation as well as conducting major claims involving issues of indemnity, liability and quantum including catastrophic personal injury claims.

I have comprehensive expertise with CTP matters and in 2004, this was acknowledged by the Motor Accidents Authority when they appointed me a CARS assessor.
