Industry Experience

I have practised in litigation for over 12 years with experience in insurance, banking and corporate law.  Over the years I have developed an extensive knowledge of general insurance with a particular focus on CTP personal injury claims.  I have acted for many of the major insurers and have experience appearing in most jurisdictions in NSW Courts including but not limited to various Supreme Court lists, Family Court, District, Local.

I work with claims officers at their office, to discuss their matters, complex or otherwise, in an effort to obtain a fresh approach to resolving such claims. I prepare and appear in matters for CARS Assessments, mediations and settlement conferences in both litigated and unlitigated matters.
