Industry Experience
I am an experienced litigator specialising in all areas of insurance and have managed a significant number of large litigated matters. I have provided advice concerning policy interpretation across all insurance areas.
 
Within our Insurance group I lead our Recoveries team and co-lead our Litigation group.

I am extensively involved in the representation of professionals particularly before disciplinary bodies. 

I am also an experienced advocate, regularly appearing for clients in court while also participating in alternative dispute resolution programs in those matters identified as unsuitable for litigation.
