By obtaining knowledge of my clients business I can work proactively. My objective is to provide holistic advice to miminise the potential for litigation. This starts by setting up preventative measures in the workplace.

When an issue does arise, I encourage my clients to resolve it directly with my support behind the scene. Where this proves impossible, I then discuss the potential risks of the matter escalating and provide my clients with a strategy and options to achieve the most satisfactory resolution.
