Industry Experience

Over the past six years I have gained broad experience in property and commercial matters including work as an in-house legal counsel for a property developer.

This has included: providing advice on the structuring of transactions relating to the acquisition of retirement villages and then their subsequent operation; due diligence prior to property acquisitions and associated town planning issues; agreements for lease and leases involving large national companies and supermarket chains.
